About two years ago I discovered an amazing glowing stone known as Ye Ming Zhu or otherwise spelled Yeh Ming Ju (Moon Bright Pearl). Previously unheard of in the west but legendary in China as the Dragons Pearl or Emperors Stone; Ye Ming Zhu has the power to receive light, heat and Qi (energy) and send it back out with a brilliant glow for extended periods of time. Over the last two years I have been fortunate enough to be able to directly experience, meditate, wear and shape this stunning glowing stone. I’ve created a few articles to share my synchronicities, experiences and knowledge with you.
Before Ye Ming Zhu found me I had little experience with the energy of gemstones and crystals. I have always enjoyed crystals and have worked with and felt energy from a very early age but surprisingly had never connected the two. In 2008 I found myself doing some work with Mantak Chia’s Qigong resort in Thailand. While at the Tao Gardens (the resort) I found myself not only discovering much about internal alchemy and meditation but also met an honored Qigong Master who unbeknownst to me had a major role to play. We shared tea and talked business, he liked my style and clear vision and wanted me to do some design work for him. We exchanged info and went our separate ways.
Ancient and Modern Ye Ming Zhu or otherwise spelt Yeh Ming Jhu is the legendary glowing stone. They were the emperors most prized possession for hundreds of years. If you go to china they are depicted everywhere as the dragons pearl and known by almost everyone. Aside from occasionally seeing it on TV or finding counterfeits in the market the Ye Ming Zhu experience, even in china stops there. There has only been one book written about it, in chinese, out of print, and only talks about the science of the structure (take note a new book is in the final stages of completion). However in Chinese lore the tales are abundant and passed down throughout many generations.
So what is this elusive glowing stone? How have I not heard of it before?
Over the last few years I have been able to directly experience the energy of the different types of Modern Ye Ming Zhu. Here are a few experiences and observations I’ve made.
I believe the light coming from the cosmos contains not only visible light but also information. Like a plant we receive light and grow with it. There is an unbelievable amount of food for our genes and DNA contained in the light. Ye Ming Zhu charges itself in the light and has an active connection with the cosmos. It constantly both sends and receives information from the suns and stars, to and through you. It loves the conscious inneraction which wearing a piece provides it. The more we interact with it with consciousness and gratitude the more its gifts shine back to and through us.
When buying Ye Ming Zhu I always recommend buying a never owned piece. The nature of crystals is to store and share energy and information. Because of this inneractive process, buying something that has been previously owned will have energetic information from the previous owner. Ye Ming Zhu adjusts and adapts to you, and what you need energetically, so buying or wearing something pre adapted to someone else can have some adverse effects. That’s not to say they can never exchange hands, but it is important to start fresh. If you are receiving a pre owned Ye Ming Zhu make sure you read this section.
When you’ve acquired a piece of Ye Ming Zhu here are a few tips to keep it clean and help it maintain its energy, power and vibrancy. The most important thing is to charge it often! There are several ways and I recommend doing as many as you can. Leave it out in the direct sun all day, however be careful to secure it as animals are attracted to Ye Ming Zhu. You also can wash it under cold water for 15-40 seconds while picturing gunk coming off of it. Setting it on selenite and black tourmaline it in the sun for several days is very effective in deep cleaning. Meditation is a strong way to awaken it!
Here I will be displaying collaborations with different artists and their trade. If there is someone you would like to see working with Ye Ming Zhu, or something you would like to see let me know or guide them to this page. I am open to and enjoy new ideas and collaborations.
